Please note that prescription products require a veterinarian-client-patient relationship.  In many cases, this can be established by a consultation with Dr. Tim which will be provided as a complimentary service.  After you have placed an order, Dr. Tim will contact you by e-mail or telephone if a consultation is required prior to processing. In some cases, a physical exam or diagnostic tests may be required before a product can be dispensed.  In this case, Dr. Tim will advise you accordingly and refer you to a veterinarian in you area.
